We understand life as an entrepreneur, solopreneur, or remote worker can feel externally isolating and lonely.
So we intentionally host 15+ business boosting, networking, & social events each month allowing our community members to form real connections. They love sharing advice, encourage each other, celebrating successes together and receiving some much needed accountability!

Our goal is for you to have Maximum productivity days when you spend your day working at JoyCo.
Our main coworking room is intentionally a quiet focused workspace that is naturally lit and filled with a variety of large work surfaces, chairs with ergonomic lumbar support, sit & stand desks, plants, exercise ball chairs and super fast Wi-Fi.
We also provide our community with shared resources to help them grow their business. Our members have unlimited assess to our full multi-media studio for podcasting and film, our extensive library of business books & magazines, marketing swipe, creative supplies and use of our phone booth and meeting rooms.

We believe we can grow bigger and faster when women seek collaboration vs completing with each other! There is always plenty of pie! :)

Hi there! my name is natalie joy and i know exactly how you feel.
Defining Your Joy is owned and managed by Natalie Joy, and is the result of three years of brainstorming, dreaming, scheming and building relationships with women. Natalie began her own small business journey in 2016 with a coaching company focused on helping women entrepreneurs launch and grow their dream business; Defining your Joy, followed by the creation of DYJ leadership a corporate training orginization working primary with medical and dental offices. Natalie has a passion for coffee, travel and great wine!
On any given day, you’ll find be greeted by one or two friendly faces: our Community Builders. Working as a team, they take care of everything hands-on on a part-time basis, assisting our members, greeting new ones, building relationships, lending an ear, and leading our member events.
