We understand life as an entrepreneur, solopreneur, or remote worker can feel externally isolating and lonely.
So we intentionally host 15+ business boosting, networking, & social events each month allowing our community members to form real connections. They love sharing advice, encourage each other, celebrating successes together and receiving some much needed accountability!

Our goal is for you to have Maximum productivity days when you spend your day working at JoyCo.
Our main coworking room is intentionally a quiet focused workspace that is naturally lit and filled with a variety of large work surfaces, chairs with ergonomic lumbar support, sit & stand desks, plants, exercise ball chairs and super fast Wi-Fi.
We also provide our community with shared resources to help them grow their business. Our members have unlimited assess to our full multi-media studio for podcasting and film, our extensive library of business books & magazines, marketing swipe, creative supplies and use of our phone booth and meeting rooms.

We believe we can grow bigger and faster when women seek collaboration vs completing with each other! There is always plenty of pie! :)
Our community culture is all about providing a save environment for you to feel supported, encouraged and welcome to be your authentic self.

A letter from Natalie JOy:
I’m Natalie Joy, the founder and owner of JoyCo. I am so glad that you have taken the time to visit our site. I would love to take a moment and share with you a little of my own business journey and my heart behind this community.
Before opening JoyCo, I worked in the corporate world for 13 years, consulting with small to medium businesses, focusing on scaling at a rate of 5x growth. I realized quickly that I had a real passion for the critical thinking and strategic elements of this work and loved it! Although 90% of my clients were male I found myself especially excited by the successes of my female clients.
In 2016, I received my certification as an executive, strategic business coach and launched my own business and I began a year-long program with 27 inspiring women entrepreneurs. After two consecutive years of coaching, I was convinced of the beneficial impact a community can have on your business. I saw a need and decided to begin a new chapter from there! Over the past year, we have built a physical location and expanded our focus from just business coaching to also hosting over a dozen monthly community networking events for women professionals and entrepreneurs. Most recently we opened our space M-F for women-only coworking and event rentals on nights & weekends. Our space is focused on providing a place for women to work together, grow together, strategize together, and celebrate together! We believe no woman should ever feel alone in business because you don't have to!
